We currently ship within the Netherlands.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping all across the Netherlands.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, or other trusted courier partners depending on the delivery address, item size, and carrier availability.

The carrier name and tracking details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email after dispatch where tracking is available.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CEST.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, public holidays, high order volume, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a short time for the tracking status to update after the courier receives the parcel.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Blisshme is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@blisshme.nl.

8. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, was refused, or was not collected, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

9. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your delivery is missing, please contact us promptly at support@blisshme.nl with your order number and photos where available.

We will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate solution.
