Thank you for shopping with Blisshme. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
You can use your tracking number to follow your delivery status and see the latest updates from the courier.
How to Track Your Order
To track your order, please check the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Your tracking email may include:

Tracking number
Courier name
Tracking link
Estimated delivery updates
If your tracking link is not active immediately, please allow some time for the courier system to update after your parcel has been dispatched.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or Netherlands public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
We currently offer free shipping across the Netherlands.
Estimated standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, incorrect address details, or other events outside our control.
Tracking Not Updating?
If your tracking information has not updated, please allow a short time for the courier to scan and update the parcel status.
Tracking delays can happen when:
The parcel has recently been dispatched
The courier has not scanned the parcel yet
There is a delay in the courier tracking system
The parcel is moving between courier facilities
Delivery is affected by weekends, public holidays, or peak periods
I Did Not Receive Tracking Information
If you have not received tracking information after your order has been processed, please contact us and include your order number.
Some orders may have limited tracking depending on the courier or delivery service used.
Wrong Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@blisshme.nl.
We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Missing or Delayed Order
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can review the issue and assist you.
